Mubasher: Gulf Hotels Oman said Thursday that its board of directors recommended cash dividends of 250 baisas per share (25% on paid up share capital of the company) for the fiscal year 2016.
The proposal is subject to an approval by shareholders in the next general meeting, according to a bourse statement.
The board also approved the audited financial statements of the company for fiscal 2016.
